Top Vietnamese leader extends condolences to Panama over serious earthquake
VGP - General Secretary and President To Lam on October 11 cabled a message of condolences to Panamanian President José Raúl Mulino Quintero following an earthquake on October 9 that injured many people and caused heavy damage.
