The top Vietnamese leader reiterated that Viet Nam always considers strengthening the friendship and cooperation with China as a strategic choice and a top priority in its overall foreign policy.

He emphasized the significance of consolidating and promoting the bilateral relationship in a stable and healthy manner for the success of each side as well as contributing to peace, stability, and development in the region and the world.

Visits made by both nations' senior leaders have directed the bilateral cooperation, contributing to the building of a Viet Nam-China community with a shared future that carries strategic significance, stated To.

He spoke highly of the outcomes of the two court systems' collaboration over the past time, and cooperation orientations proposed during talks between their chief justices on the occasion of the Chinese chief justice's visit to Viet Nam.
