Three days off in celebration for Hung Kings Commemoration Day
VGP - Workers in Viet Nam shall be entitled to three consecutive days off from April 5-7 on the occasion of the Hung Kings Commemoration Day.

Laborers will have five consecutive days off from April 30-May 4 to celebrate Reunification Day, and International Workers' Day in April and May, compensated by working on April 26.
This schedule applies to officials, civil servants, and employees of administrative agencies, political organizations, and socio-political organizations.
Employees who work overtime or work at night on public holidays are also entitled to at least 300 percent of their salary, while those working at night during a public holiday or Tet are entitled to 390 percent of their regular daily wage, according to the Labor Code.
The Prime Minister has decided that public employees and workers shall be entitled to have 22 days off in 2025, an increase of five days in comparison to last year.
Foreign employees working in Viet Nam, in addition to public holidays according to the above regulations, are entitled to one traditional public holiday and one National Day in their country.
The Hung Kings' Temple Festival is held each year from the 8th to the 11th days of the third lunar month in honor of the Hung Kings and their role in shaping the nation.
The official name of the festival is 'Death Anniversary of the Hung Kings'. However, the date does not mark the death of any specific Hung King but honors their contribution to Viet Nam as the traditional founders of the nation and the first emperors.
The National Reunification Day (April 30) is a national public holiday, commemorating the liberation of the South and national reunification in 1975.
