According to the management board of Hung Kings' Temple, over three million visitors have come from April 1 to 3. The number will continue to rise on April 5 and 6.

Earlier on April 4, palanquin procession and offerings rituals were held with the participation of five communes of the province to honor the Hung Kings, the legendary founders of the Vietnamese nation.

The traditional rituals, which have been preserved for thousands of years, feature the country’s cultural characteristics and consolidate national solidarity.

The worshipping rituals of the Hung Kings were recognized by UNESCO as the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity in 2012.
