The Ministry of Industry and Trade was asked to direct competent agencies and the General Department of Market Management to manage petrol import licenses especially solvents and  localities which are hotspots of petrol smuggling.

The Ministry of Finance is responsible for directing the General Department of Taxation and the General Department of Taxation to supervise import and export activities of petrol; strengthen patrols and investigations to combat illegal trades and transportation of fake and poor quality gasoline.

The Ministry of National Defence and the Ministry of Public Security were urged to discover petrol smuggling cases; strengthen patrols on roads, sea and port regions./.
