On the same day, Spokesperson of the Foreign Ministry Nguyễn Phương Nga said that Việt Nam is indignant at the twin blasts that took place in Ugandan capital of Kampala on July 11.

The Spokesperson also sent sincere condolences to the Ugandan Government and the families of the victims.

According to the diplomat, Việt Nam strongly denounces the attacks targeting Ugandan civilians and believes that the perpetrators will be punished.

The Ugandan capital of Kampala was rocked by two explosions Sunday at venues where hundreds had gathered to watch the World Cup final, killing at least 64 and wounding scores./.
