Six legal documents issued in Feb.
VGP – The Government and PM promulgated six legal documents including four decrees and two decisions in February.
Decree 09/2021/ND-CP on management of building materials took effect from the date of issue on February 9. Accordingly, the implementation of construction investment projects for construction of building materials production is carried out in accordance with the law on investment, the law on construction and relevant laws.
Decree 10/2021/ND-CP on the management of construction investment costs took effect on the signing date on February 9.
Decree 11/2021/ND-CP on assignment of certain sea areas to organizations and individuals for exploitation and use marine resources. The duration of sea area allocation is considered and decided in each specific case based on the request for sea area allocation and investment project. The maximum duration for sea area allocation must not exceed 30 years, which can be extended for many times, but the total extension period must not exceed 20 years. With projects with more-than-30-year investment licenses, the duration of sea area allocation will be considered at over 30 years, but it should not exceed the duration listed in the investment licenses./.
