Regulations on scientific research cooperation in Vietnamese water s released
VGP – Deputy PM Trinh Dinh Dung has recently inked a coordinating mechanism on authority, control, and violation settlement on foreign organizations and individuals which conduct scientific researches in Viet Nam’s waters.

The mechanism targets to ensure efficiency and specific responsibilities of every ministry for authorizing, controlling, and settling violations on foreign organizations and individuals in the field.
The mechanism also stresses the importance of protecting national secrets and information security; safeguarding national defense, sea and island security.
The mechanism relates to collection of feedback on dossiers which seek permission, amendment, supplement, and extension of scientific research operation of foreign organizations or individuals in Viet Nam’s waters./.
