From 2015 to April 15, 2019, as many as 13 ministries and agencies have connected to the NSW with 173 administrative procedures. A total number of 2.59 million administrative procedures files from 28,800 enterprises have been addressed on the NSW Portal.

The General Department of Customs is coordinating with the Ministry of Public Security to soon launch NSW through aviation.

Regarding the ASEAN Single Window (ASW), Viet Nam continues exchanging the Certificate of Origin Form D by electronic version (e-C/O Form D) with four nations including Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand and piloting e-C/O Form D with Cambodia and the Philippines.

In the time ahead, Viet Nam will exchange ASEAN Customs declaration, Certificate of Phytosanitary (ePhyto) and Animal Health Certificate (e-AH).

Otherwise, the nation is actively preparing for connecting NSW to exchange information with the Eurasian Economic Union and the Republic of Korea.
