Viet Nam, Russia sign 11 cooperation agreements

These documents are:

1. Agreement between the Governments of Viet Nam and Russia on cooperation in higher education.

2. Cooperation program for the period 2024-2025 between the two Ministries of Justice.

3. Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on the roadmap for the implementation of the Nuclear Science and Technology Research Center in Viet Nam between Viet Nam's Ministry of Science and Technology and Russia's Rosatom State Atomiс Energy Corporation

4. MoU between the Viet Nam-Russia Tropical Center and the Russian Federal agency on supervision, protection of consumer rights and welfare on cooperation in developing laboratory infrastructure for epidemic prevention

5. Grant of investment certificate for Zarubezhneft group

6. Scientific exchange cooperation agreement between Viet Nam Academy of Social Sciences and the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA)

7. Cooperation agreement between Ha Noi University and RANEPA

8. Cooperation agreement between Viet Nam National University-Ha Noi and Far Eastern Federal University (FEFU)

9. Cooperation agreement between Viet Nam National University-Ha Noi and Higher Schools of Economics (HSE)

10. MoU on cooperation between Viet Nam Oil and Gas Group and Novatek

11. MoU between BVIM Fund Management Joint Stock Company and the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF)
