Pham hailed the practical contributions and long-term commitment of the U.S. business community to Viet Nam's socio-economic development as well as Viet Nam–U.S. relations.

The Vietnamese Government regards the U.S. business community not only as investors and commercial partners, but also as trusted partners accompanying Viet Nam in transforming its growth model, advancing science, technology and innovation, accelerating digital transformation, and promoting the green transition, said Pham.

He reaffirmed Viet Nam's consistent commitment to further improving its institutional framework, streamlining administrative procedures, enhancing the investment and business environment, safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of enterprises, and strengthening the stability, consistency, and predictability of its policies.

The Deputy Prime Minister expressed his hope that the American business community would continue to leverage its strengths in capital, technology, management expertise, and global networks to actively invest in Viet Nam's priority sectors, making practical contributions to the Southeast Asian country's strategic development goals.

Pham also called on the U.S. business community to further strengthen its role as a bridge between the two countries by providing objective assessments of Viet Nam's investment and business environment and its ongoing reform efforts, while contributing to building mutual trust and promoting stable, substantive, balanced, and mutually beneficial economic, trade, and investment cooperation.

The Deputy Prime Minister emphasized that the success of U.S. enterprises in Viet Nam not only contributes to the country's development but also provides a stronger foundation and fresh momentum for the Viet Nam–U.S. Comprehensive Strategic Partnership to towards a deeper, more effective, and more sustainable manner.

Representatives of U.S. businesses welcomed Viet Nam's issuance of resolutions to foster new growth drivers, including the Politburo's Resolution No. 10-NQ/TW on the development of the foreign-invested economic sector.

They described the resolution as a significant milestone that has strengthened confidence and encouraged U.S. companies to further expand their investment and business operations in Viet Nam.

They expressed confidence in Viet Nam's development potential and reaffirmed their commitment to partnering with the Government in achieving the country's strategic objectives, particularly its goal of attaining double-digit economic growth, through mobilizing investment resources, transferring technology, developing a highly skilled workforce, and integrating more deeply into value chains in Viet Nam.

They also called for greater policy consistency, stability, and predictability; faster review and processing of administrative procedures; and broader consultation with the business community during the formulation and implementation of relevant regulations./.
