Prime Minister orders enhancing commercialization of defense industry products

The Government leader made the above call on Wednesday while he was presiding over a working session with the Ministry of National Defense and relevant ministries and agencies to implement military and defense tasks for 2026, including the task of developing the defense industry.
The meeting was attended by Minister of National Defense Phan Van Giang.
The Prime Minister required the Ministry of National Defense to continue effectively implementing the Party and State's policies and guidelines on military and defense tasks, especially the 13th-tenure Politburo's Resolution No. 08-NQ/TW on accelerating the development of the defence industry until 2030 and beyond, and the Politburo's Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW on breakthroughs in sci-tech, innovation, and national digital transformation.
Pham underscored the need to improve institutions, mechanisms, preferential policies, and the quality of human resources, and attract talent in the field of defense industry./.
