Prime Minister orders construction of Ring Road No. 4 in June
VGP – Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh ordered authorities to promptly finalize preparations so that construction of 112.8km Ring Road No. 4 in the Ha Noi Capital Region could begin next June.

Pham made the order during his inspection tour to the project construction site on Friday.
He also assigned Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha to oversee the progress of the project.
The VND85.8 trillion (US$3.73 billion) road connecting Ha Noi and two nearby provinces of Hung Yen and Bac Ninh is expected to be basically completed in 2026 put into operation in 2027.
The project is expected to open up new development space for the capital city, reduce population density and traffic congestion in the inner city and gradually change the economic structure of the area along the road.
The road will also strengthen connectivity and create motivation and breakthroughs in the socio-economic development of Ha Noi and neighboring areas./.
