At the meeting with Korean Ambassador Ri Sung Guk, Le affirmed that the Party, the State, and the people of Viet Nam always attach importance and wish to promote Viet Nam–DPRK relations towards a more substantive and effective manner, in line with the aspirations of their peoples, thereby contributing to maintaining peace, stability, cooperation, and development in the region and around the world.
The Prime Minister proposed that the two sides closely work to effectively implement the common understandings and agreements reached by their senior leaders, with a focus on strengthening political trust via all-level delegation exchanges.
He emphasized the need to effectively uphold existing cooperation mechanisms, including the Intergovernmental Committee on economic and scientific-technical cooperation; while also fostering cooperation in the fields of agriculture, culture, sports, tourism, education, healthcare, and people-to-people exchanges.
The Government chief urged both sides to support each other at regional and international forums.
Ri reiterated the consistent position of the Party, the State, and the people of the DPRK in developing the bilateral relations across all fields, in accordance with the spirit of the agreements reached during the historic visit to the DPRK by General Secretary and State President To Lam in October last year.
He vowed to make every effort to contribute to the development of the traditional friendship between the two nations.

During the meeting with UK Ambassador Iain Frew, the Prime Minister called on both sides to soon raise the bilateral trade value to US$10 billion in 2026 and US$15 billion in the upcoming time.
The Vietnamese Government always creates favorable conditions for foreign enterprises, including British companies, to conduct long-term and effective business and investment activities in the country, he underlined.
Regarding the development of the International Financial Center in Viet Nam, the Prime Minister proposed that the UK continue supporting Viet Nam in improving institutions, developing the legal framework, and creating financial products and instruments to mobilize resources for strategic infrastructure projects.
The Ambassador, for his part, stated that the UK stands ready to coordinate with Viet Nam to promote bilateral and international trade.
The British investors hail Viet Nam's development prospects, especially in energy, finance, and green transition, he shared, adding that the UK expects to be a long-term partner of Viet Nam in implementing the Just Energy Transition Partnership (JETP).

At the meeting with Cuban Ambassador Rogelio Polanco Fuentes, Prime Minister Le expressed his hope to strengthen the special relationship with Cuba.
The Prime Minister suggested that the two sides closely coordinate in implementing the agreements reached by their senior leaders, promote exchanges of delegations at all levels and join hands in organizing activities to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the birth of Leader Fidel Castro.
He stressed the need to enhance the effectiveness of cooperation mechanisms between the two Governments and among ministries, sectors, and localities as well as advocate each other at multilateral forums.
The Ambassador, for his part, asserted that Cuba always regards Viet Nam as a brotherly nation, a close comrade, and a model in the cause of renewal and national development.
He affirmed Cuba's readiness to work with Viet Nam to effectively implement high-level agreements and further deepen substantive cooperation, particularly agriculture and biotechnology./.
