Party leader Nguyen Phu Trong to visit China

The visit will be made at the invitation of General Secretary of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and President of China Xi Jinping.

The visit comes right after the great success of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CCP) which run for one week from October 16-22.

Earlier, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Viet Nam (CPV) sent a message of congratulations to the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) on the CPC's 20th National Congress.

On October 23, General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong cabled a message of congratulations to Xi Jinping on his re-election as General Secretary of CPC Central Committee for the third consecutive term./.
