
Under the plan, the Government expects to raise GDP per capita to US$5,400-5,500 and maintain the average consumer price index (CPI) growth rate at around 4.5 percent.
The share of processing and manufacturing is projected to account for about 24.96 percent of the national GDP.
The ratio of workforce in agriculture sector is expected to be about 25.3 percent.
Urban unemployment rate (working-age population) will be kept below 4 percent. Multidimensional poverty rate will decrease by 1–1.5 percentage points.
The Government also aims for 15.3 doctors per 10,000 people, 34.7 beds per 10,000 people, health insurance rate covering 95.5 percent of population and at least 15 percent of communes meeting new-style rural standards./.
