Pham said, the VLP, an initiative promoted by Columbia University in the U.S., builds on the Viet Nam Executive Leadership Program (VELP) previously organized at Harvard University.

As Viet Nam is actively implementing the Resolution of the 14th National Party Congress and the Politburo's strategic resolutions with a view to successfully achieving the targets of double-digit economic growth.
