Specifically, Deputy Secretary of the Hue Municipal Party Committee, and Chairman of the Hue People's Committee Nguyen Khac Toan was assigned to serve as Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Da Nang Municipal Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.

Deputy Secretary of the Quang Ngai Provincial Party Committee, and Chairman of the Quang Ngai People's Committee Nguyen Hoang Giang was appointed as Deputy Head of the Central Policy and Strategy Commission.

Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Vinh Long Provincial Party Committee Ho Thi Hoang Yen was assigned to serve as Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Tay Ninh Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.

Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Tay Ninh Provincial Party Committee, and Chairman of the Tay Ninh People's Council Nguyen Manh Hung was assigned to serve as Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Vinh Long Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.
