Cabinet members assigned to help localities boost soci-economic development

The Cabinet members will oversee localities' implementation of growth scenarios set by the Government.

They are tasked with addressing challenges within their authority or proposing solutions to higher authorities to resolve difficulties, boost production and business activities, create jobs and livelihoods for citizens, accelerate public investment disbursement, facilitate import-export, develop infrastructure, promote social housing projects, support initiatives to eliminate temporary and dilapidated housing, and carry out national target programs.

According to the assignment, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh works with Ha Noi, Ho Chi Minh City, and Can Tho City.

Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh works with Hai Phong City and Quang Ninh Province.

Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha works with Ba Ria-Vung Tau and Long An provinces.

Deputy Prime Minister Le Thanh Long works with Kien Giang and Hau Giang provinces.

Deputy Prime Minister Ho Duc Phoc works with Binh Dinh, Phu Yen, and Khanh Hoa provinces.

Deputy Prime Minister Bui Thanh Son works with Kon Tum and Gia Lai provinces.

Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Chi Dung works with Lao Cai, Phu Tho and Hoa Binh provinces.

Deputy Prime Minister Mai Van Chinh works with Dong Thap, Ca Mau and An Giang provinces.

Minister of National Defense Phan Van Giang works with Thai Nguyen and Ha Tinh provinces.

Minister of Public Security Luong Tam Quang works with Da Nang City and Hung Yen Province.

Minister-Chairman of the Government Office Tran Van Son works with three localities, namely Thai Binh, Ninh Binh, and Nam Dinh.

Governor of the State Bank of Viet Nam Nguyen Thi Hong works with Ben Tre and Vinh Long provinces.

Minister of Finance Nguyen Van Thang works with Ninh Thuan and Binh Thuan provinces.

Minister of Industry and Trade Nguyen Hong Dien works with three provinces, namely Vinh Phuc, Bac Giang, and Son La.

Minister of Construction Tran Hong Minh works with three provinces of Dong Nai, Binh Duong and Tien Giang.

Minister of Agriculture and Environment Do Duc Duy works with three provinces, namely Hai Duong, Lai Chau and Dien Bien.

Minister of Science and Technology Nguyen Manh Hung works with Quang Binh and Quang Tri provinces and Hue City.

Minister of Ethnic Minorities and Religions Dao Ngoc Dung works with the three provinces of Ha Nam, Thanh Hoa, and Nghe An.

Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Nguyen Van Hung works with Dak Lak, Dak Nong and Lam Dong provinces.

Minister of Education and Training Nguyen Kim Son works with three localities, namely Tra Vinh, Soc Trang and Bac Lieu.

Minister of Health Dao Hong Lan works with Bac Ninh, Lang Son and Cao Bang provinces.

Minister of Home Affairs Pham Thi Thanh Tra works with Quang Nam and Quang Ngai provinces.

Government Inspector Doan Hong Phong works with three provinces of Tuyen Quang, Ha Giang and Bac Kan.
