Bulgarian top legislator to pay official visit to Viet Nam
VGP - Speaker of the Bulgarian National Assembly Rosen Dimitrov Jeliazkov will pay an official visit to Viet Nam from January 5-9, the National Assembly of Viet Nam’s Committee for External Relations announced on January 2.

The visit is made at the invitation of Chairman of the Vietnamese National Assembly Vuong Dinh Hue.
The two top legislators held talks in Sofia on September 25, 2023 during the official visit of the top Vietnamese legislator Vuong Dinh Hue to Bulgaria.
During the September visit, the two sides signed a new Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on cooperation between the two legislatures, a MoU between the Office of the Vietnamese National Assembly and the Secretariat of the National Assembly of Bulgaria, and other cooperation agreements in the fields of culture, education, tourism, and locality-to-locality exchange.
The visit was a great success, contributing not only to fostering the relationship between the two legislatures but also lifting the Viet Nam-Bulgaria ties to a greater height./.
