The Government chief made the above suggestion on Wednesday during his reception for Secretary of the Party Committee of Hainan province Shen Xiaoming in Ha Noi.

He urged Hainan province boost exchanges and coordination with Viet Nam's ministries, agencies and localities, including the southern metropolis Ho Chi Minh City and the northern province of Quang Ninh.

Pham highlighted the significance of Viet Nam-China comprehensive strategic cooperative partnership, asking both sides to effectively implement the common perceptions reached by their senior leaders during Party General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong's official visit to China last year.

He expected that the two countries will step up delegation exchanges at all levels and foster collaboration across all sectors, particularly in trade in a more balancing manner.

Pham suggested China soon allow travel agencies to organize outbound tours to Viet Nam.

The Prime Minister called on the two nations to maintain peace and stability in the East Sea in accordance with international law, including the 1982 United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea.

For his part, Shen Xiaoming reiterated that Hainan attaches importance to and stands ready to enhance cooperation with Viet Nam's ministries, agencies and localities.

Hainan will work closely with Viet Nam's relevant sides to early resume all flights and sea routes for tourism, and increase imports of Viet Nam's farm products, including coconuts, he underlined./.
