Prime Minister Pham welcomed CPCG's effective and sustainable investment and business activities globally. He urged the Chinese business giant to maintain its good performance and expedite the completion of its ongoing projects in Viet Nam.

He suggested that CPCG work with the local authorities of Ha Noi and relevant agencies to explore opportunities in major infrastructure projects, such as the road connecting Gia Binh Airport to central Ha Noi, the Ngoc Hoi bridge, and the Van Cao–Hoa Lac urban railway line.

Yan briefed the Prime Minister on the group's current investment activities in Viet Nam and expressed his interest in key expressway development projects, pledging that the group could turn these expressways into model projects and complete them in half the time initially planned.

Prime Minister Pham encouraged the group to consider public-private partnership (PPP) models for infrastructure projects, especially the expanded sections of the North–South Expressway. He also invited the group to explore the possibility of investing in seaports, airports, railways, and metro systems—such as urban rail projects in Ha Noi and Ho Chi Minh City, and the metro line connecting Long Thanh International Airport and Tan Son Nhat International Airport.

Emphasizing Viet Nam's strong push for infrastructure development, the Prime Minister called on the group to commit to long-term, foundational investments in Viet Nam and assist the country in workforce training.

During his stay in China, Pham attended the World Economic Forum's 16th Annual Meeting of the New Champions, held talks with Chinese Premier Li Qiang and met with world leaders./.
