Pham and his entourage were briefed about the center's operations through an interactive showroom with multimedia presentations and simulations, with a focus on core components of Estonia's digital model including digital infrastructure – X-Road, Electronic ID (e-ID), online public services, cybersecurity, global digital citizens (e-Residency) and digital transformation in education, health, and justice.

Estonia – a small Baltic coastal nation with a population of just around 1.3 million – has emerged as a global model in national digital transformation. In this journey, the e-Estonia Briefing Center plays a key role as a dynamic showcase of Estonia's digital achievements and vision to the international community.

The Center contributes to shaping Estonia's national brand as a "smart digital power," attracting investment, partnerships, and global talent.

The e-Estonia Center is expected to remain a central platform for international engagement in digital transformation and continue deepening cooperation with multilateral organizations like the OECD, EU, and UNDP.

During the visit, Prime Minister Pham and members of the Vietnamese delegation also engaged in in-depth discussions with the Estonian side. The Prime Minister raised several pointed questions, particularly regarding the adaptability of Estonia's digital transformation model to countries with different scales and contexts.

The Estonian side expressed willingness to strengthen cooperation and share more deeply with Viet Nam in building digital government, digital economy, and digital society, tailored to Viet Nam's scale and development path./.
