VGP - Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh sent a congratulatory letter to Paetongtarn Shinawatra who was endorsed as Prime Minister by the King of Thailand.

Paetongtarn, 37, is the daughter of former Thai Prime Minister Thaksin Shinawatra.
The new Prime Minister of the Pheu Thai party won by nearly two-thirds in a parliament vote on August 16 to become Thailand's second female prime minister and the third Shinawatra to take the office, following Thaksin and her aunt Yingluck Shinawatra.
With the King’s endorsement, Paetongtarn has become the youngest Prime Minister of Thailand.
