Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh begins first official visit to Estonina
Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and his entourgage on Thursday began a three-day official visit to Estonia at the invitation of Estonian Prime Minister Kristen Michal.

Prime Minister Pham MInh Chinh and his Spouse leave Ha Noi for an official visit to Estonia from June 5-7.
Pham is accompanied by Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Bui Thanh Son; Minister – Chairman of the Government Office Tran Van Son; Minister of Science and Technology Nguyen Manh Hung; Deputy Minister of Public Security, Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Long; Deputy Minister of National Defense, Lieutenant General Nguyen Hong Thai; Deputy Minister of Finance Ho Sy Hung; Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Le Thi Thu Hang; Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Nguyen Hoang Long; Deputy Minister of Construction Nguyen Xuan Sang; Vice President of the Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology Chu Hoang Ha; Vietnamese Ambassador to Finland and Estonia Pham Thi Thanh Binh.
Estonia is the first leg of Prime Minister Pham's three-nation tour, which also takes him to France and Sweden.
Pham's tour aims to continue implementing the foreign policy of independence, self-reliance, multilateralisation and diversification, and proactive and active international integration in the spirit of the 13th National Party Congress, as well as Resolutions No. 34-NQ/TW and No. 59-NQ/TW of the Politburo.
Pham's official visit to Estonia is expected to open up new avenues for political dialogue, economic cooperation, and people-to-people exchanges, said Estonian Ambassador to Viet Nam Hannes Hanso.
The visit marks a historic milestone in the relationship between Viet Nam and Estonia following previous official visits of former Estonian Prime Minister Andrus Ansip and former Foreign Minister Sven Mikser to Viet Nam in 2011 and 2018, respectively.
This is first visit by the Prime Minister of Viet Nam to Estonia, symbolizing a strong mutual interest in deepening bilateral ties between the two countries. It also reflects the growing importance of Southeast Asia for Estonia, and the EU and Estonia's recognition of Viet Nam as a dynamic and strategic partner in the region./.
