The two countries need to effectively implement their commitments and high-level agreements, including the Action plan for the Viet Nam-South Korea Comprehensive Strategic Partnership, and strengthen diplomacy, defense and security cooperation.
Second, both countries should further intensify cooperation in key areas such as economy, trade, investment and labor in an increasingly practical, effective, balanced and sustainable manner.
The two countries strive to raise the two-way trade value to US$100 billion in 2025 and US$150 billion by the end of this decade.
Pham called on Korean enterprises to increase investments in semiconductor, digital transformation, green transition, and biotechnology sectors.

Viet Nam expects South Korea to share its experience in developing entertainment, cultural and content industries, said Prime Minister Pham.
Fourth, the two countries should accelerate cooperation in education and training, science and technology, and climate change adaptation.
From that perspective, both sides should focus on high-quality human resource training for high-tech industries such as semiconductor chip and artificial intelligence, promote the exchange of students between the two countries' national universities.
Both sides should also expand Vietnamese language training programs in South Korea and Korean language training programs in Viet Nam to make the two languages become increasingly popular in respective countries.
Third, both sides should give priority to close coordination and mutual support at multilateral mechanisms and forums led by the United Nations, at such frameworks like ASEAN-Korea and Mekong-Korea in order to uphold international law, promote the peaceful resolution of disputes, and effectively deal with global challenges.
Both sides should support and share the common vision on ensuring peace, safety and freedom of navigation and aviation in the East Sea on the basis of international law, including the 1982 United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea. Viet Nam supports denuclearization, peace, stability, cooperation and development on the Korean peninsula./.
