Prime Minister arrives in Riyadh for ASEAN-GCC Summit
VGP – Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh on Tuesday afternoon arrived in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia where he will attend the ASEAN - Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Summit.

During his stay in Saudi Arabia, Prime Minister Pham will deliver remarks at the summit and meet with several world leaders. He is expected to meet with the Prime Minister and the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia and attend the Viet Nam-Saudi Arabia business forum.
Pham's tour to Saudi Arabia aims to contribute to consolidating and enhancing cooperation between ASEAN and GCC, particularly in such potential fields as economy, trade, culture and people-to-people exchanges.
His tour is also expected to consolidate political trust, improve the effectiveness of cooperation between Viet Nam and GCC countries in general and between Viet Nam and Saudi Arabia in particular./
