Prime Minister appoints new Deputy Minister of Science and Technology
VGP – Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has decided to appoint Vu Hai Quan as standing Deputy Minister of Science and Technology.

Standing Deputy Minister of Science and Technology Vu Hai Quan
Vu was promoted to the new role from his previous position as Chairman of the Council, Director of Viet Nam National University in Ho Chi Minh City.
Vu is a member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Viet Nam.

Standing Deputy Inspector General Nguyen Van Quang
The Prime Minister also appointed Nguyen Van Quang, member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Viet Nam, Secretary of Da Nang Municipal Party Committee, as standing Deputy Inspector General.

New Deputy Minister of Education and Training Le Quan
The Prime Minister appointed Le Quan, Chairman of the Council, Director of Viet Nam National University in Ha Noi as new Deputy Minister of Education and Training.
The Prime Minister appointed Vu Manh Ha, alternate member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Viet Nam, standing Vice Secretary of the Lai Chau Provincial Party Committee, as standing Deputy Minister of Health.
The Prime Minister appointed Phan Chi Hieu, President of Viet Nam Academy of Social Sciences, as new Deputy Minister of Justice.
All the above appointment decisions take effect from September 3, 2025./.
