Prime Minister appoints new Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade
VGP – Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has decided to appoint Nguyen Hoang Long, Ambassador of Viet Nam to the UK, as new Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade.

Nguyen, aged 48, has worked at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs since 1999.
He served as Deputy Director-General, Director-General of the Europe Department, Ambassador of Viet Nam to Italy, Deputy Director-General and Director-General of the Department of Provincial-level Foreign Affairs, and Ambassador to the UK from June 2021./.
