Prime Minister appoints new Deput Minister of Information and Communications
VGP – Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has signed a decision to appoint Mr. Nguyen Thanh Lam as new Deputy Minister of Information and Communications (MIC).

Nguyen, aged 50, was promoted to the new position from his previous role as Director-General of MIC's Authority of Press.
