PM welcomes PCA to open office in VN
VGP – PM Nguyen Xuan Phuc welcomed the Permanent Court of Arbitration (PCA) to open its office in Viet Nam while receiving Secretary-General Hugo Hans Siblesz in Ha Noi on Friday.

The Government chief said the Vietnamese Ministry of Foreign Affairs is responsible for beefing up cooperation with the PCA.
As Viet Nam is accelerating comprehensive international integration, PM Phuc expressed his hope that the PCA would provide the country with consultations on related matters.
The Secretary-General Hugo Hans Siblesz said Viet Nam is an active member of the PCA and extended thanks to the Government of Viet Nam for its approval to open its office in the Southeast Asian country./.
