PM visits Nidec Group’s factory in Kansai region
VGP – PM Nguyen Xuan Phuc visited a factory of Nidec Group in the Kansai region on June 8 as part of his ongoing visit to Japan.

Nidec Group President and CEO Nagamori Shigenobu introduced the Vietnamese PM to the latest technologies that Nidec is applying in its factory. At present, nine Vietnamese interns are working at Nidec’s factory in Kansai.
Nidec Group is one of the first Japanese firms to invest in Viet Nam. So far, the group has invested about US$1 billion in the Southeast Asian country and created jobs for roughly 20,000 Vietnamese laborers.
Nidec has established its factories in 33 nations around the world, which mainly provide essential products and accessories for big groups such as Canon and Samsung, among others.
The Nidec leader said his group is planning to expand operation in Viet Nam.
