PM pays respect to late Thai King in Bangkok

PM Phuc also wrote in the book of condolences that the Party, State and people of Viet Nam deeply mourn over the death of King Bhumibol Adulyadej who is the clear-sighted and beloved King among Thai people.

The leaders and people of Viet Nam always treasure the good sentiments as well as valuable contributions of King Bhumibol Adulyadej to the friendship and strategic partnership between the two countries.
King Bhumibol Abdulyadej, the longest-reigning monarch, passed away on October 13 at the age of 88.
He was presented with the Human Development Lifetime Achievement Award by the former UN General Secretary Kofi Annan in June 2006./.
