PM assigns implementation plans on national target programs

VGP – The PM has signed Decision 1865/QD-TTg on implementation of national target programs in the 2016-2020 period.

The Ministry of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs was allocated VND 207 billion; the Ministry of Construction VND 2 billion; the Ministry of Information and Communication VND 70.2 billion; the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development VND 122.3 billion; and the Committee on Ethnic Minority Affairs with VND 50.7 billion. 

The Ministry of Planning and Investment was tasked to take the prime responsibility for inspecting and supervising the implementation of national target programs in the 2016-2020 period. 

Ministers, ministerial-level agencies, and Central agencies were asked to make periodical reports on the management and implementation of the national target programs.

Provincial and municipal People’s Committees were asked to compose and issue plans to implement the national target programs in the 2016-2020 period; balance local budget; and combine local programs on the same contents and tasks with the national target programs; and make periodical reports on the management and regulation of the programs./.
