PM arrives in Manila

VGP – PM Nguyen Tan Dung and the Vietnamese delegation on May 21 arrived in Manila, the Philippines to join the World Economic Forum on East Asia 2014 (WEF East Asia 2014) and later visit the country.

He and his entourge were welcomed by Vietnamese Ambassador to the Philippines Truong Trieu Duong, staff of the Vietnamese Embassy and overseas Vietnamese in the country.

The Government leader is expected to partake in and deliver a speech at the plenary session of WEF East Asia 2014; join as a special guest at the “Asia development” Initiative themed “ASEAN Agriculture and Food Security Agenda” and “Promotion of ASEAN Economic Community though Public-Private Partnership”; and chair a dialogue with leaders of some regional and international corporation and enterprises at the event.

As scheduled, PM Dung would hold talks with Philippine President Benigno S. Aquino III today./.
