PM appoints two Vice Governors of State Bank
VGP – Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has decided to appoint two Vice Governors of the State Bank of Viet Nam.

One of the appointees is Pham Thanh Ha who was promoted to the new position from his previous role as Head of the SBV’s Monetary Policy Department
The other is Pham Tien Dung who was former Head of the SBV’s Payment Department.
The central bank is led by Governor Nguyen Thi Hong who is assisted by five Vice Governors namely Dao Minh Tu, Nguyen Kim Anh, Doan Thai Son, Pham Thanh Ha, and Pham Tien Dung./.
