People to grade public administration services

VGP –The Viet Nam Fatherland Front (VFF), the Ministry of Home Affairs, and the Central Viet Nam Veterans Association on July 6 in Ha Noi jointly launched a program where the satisfaction of public administration services in 2015 is assessed by people.

The program will cover the fields of administration public services including the issuing of identity cards, land-use rights certificate, building licences, marriage certificates, birth certificates; and certifying documents.

It will be involved by 15,000 local residents in seven provinces and three big cities namely Ha Noi, Ho Chi Minh City, and Da Nang.

The outcome will be announced this October.

Addressing the signing ceremony, VFF President Nguyen Thien Nhan hoped that the program would serve to forge an information channel between people and public administrative agencies towards transparency, democracy and better services./.
