To Lam reiterated that Viet Nam treasures its long-standing cooperation with Russia, highlighting that personnel training is a key pillar in strengthening human resources for national construction and defense.

The Party leader encouraged both sides to step up the exchange of lecturers, researchers, and students, while organizing scientific forums to share experiences in building a law-governed state, modern governance, and national development management.

He called on the political academies of Viet Nam and Russia to build on existing achievements and expand joint training programs in public administration, political theory, administrative reform, strategic governance, digital transformation in the civil service, and senior leadership development.

Komissarov, for his part, expressed hope that both academies will continue to expand cooperation in training public policy personnel and increase exchanges of experts and scholars to share international experience.

The host and the guest vowed to expand collaboration between the Russian Presidential Academy, the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics (HCMA), and other Vietnamese institutions to continue the tradition of effective cooperation, further consolidating and deepening the comprehensive strategic partnership between Viet Nam and Russia./.
