General Secretary To Lam

General Secretary To Lam made the above statement while addressing the conference to review the performance of the Party Central Committee's Office in 2024, held in Ha Noi on Thursday.

The Office must truly be the "brain" of the Party Central Committee, the Politburo and the Secretariat in formulating major policies of the Party, said the Party leader.

The Office also needs to promptly put forward its new organizational structure as part of the ongoing revolution initiated by General Secretary To Lam to streamline the apparatus of the political system.

General Secretary To Lam called for a revolution in streamlining the apparatus of the political system in his article released on November 5. Twenty days later, the Party Central Committee convened a plenum to deliberate on this matter.

On December 1, orientations for rearranging and streamlining the political system were unveiled by the Party Central Committee./.
