Party Central Committee convenes 5th plenum

VGP – The 5th plenum of the 12th Party Central Committee opened Wednesday in Ha Noi, with a focus on reviewing the implementation of the Party's resolution on land, agriculture, and collective economy.

Issues high on the agenda include the review of 10-year implementation of Resolution No. 19-NQ/TW adopted at the 6^th plenum of the 9^th Party Central Committee on continued reform of land policies and legislation, the review of 15-year implementation of Resolution No. 26-NQ/TW of the 7^th plenum of the 10^th Party Central Committee on agriculture, farmers, and rural areas, and the review of 20-year implementation of Resolution No. 13-NQ/TW adopted at the 5^th plenum of the 9^th Party Central Committee on continued innovation, development and enhancement of the effectiveness of the collective economy.
