Founded in 2017, P4G is a multi-stakeholder initiative that accelerates partnerships in the following countries: Denmark, Chile, Mexico, South Korea, Ethiopia, Kenya, Colombia, the Netherlands, Bangladesh, Indonesia, and South Africa.

P4G provides grant funding, enabling systems support through National Platforms, and technical assistance to partnerships with businesses working on climate mitigation and adaptation solutions in the areas of food, water and energy.

P4G is focusing on financially sustainable climate solutions in the following sub-sectors: (i) Climate-smart Agriculture, (ii) Food Loss and Waste, (iii) Water Resilience, (iv) Zero Emission Mobility, (v) Renewable Energy.

P4G has funded 12 partnerships to support Viet Nam's commitment to green growth. Urbanization, industrialization and intensive farming present significant challenges to Vietnam’s environment, leading the country to prioritize partnerships that advance sustainable agriculture and energy efficiency./.
