Bui, aged 48, was former Vice President of the Viet Nam Academy of Science and Technology and Deputy Minister of Science and Technology.
He is the Alternate Member of the 13th, 14th Central Committee of the Communist Party of Viet Nam
Viet Nam National University, Ha Noi (VNU) is one of two leading multidisciplinary and multi-sectoral national universities, tasked with producing highly qualified human resources for national development.
VNU is a pioneer in innovation and is considered the symbol of intellectual life and education in Viet Nam.
