New Deputy Minister of Information and Communications appointed
VGP - Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh on Monday signed a decision appointing Mr. Bui Hoang Phuong as a Deputy Minister of Information and Communications.

Bui, aged 40, was promoted to the new role from his previous position as head of the Department of Personnel and Organization under the Ministry of Information and Communications.
The ministry is now led by Minister Nguyen Manh Hung who is accompanied by five Deputy Ministers: Phan Tam, Nguyen Huy Dung, Pham Duc Long, Nguyen Thanh Lam and Bui Hoang Phuong./.
