VGP - Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has appointed Lieutenant General Le Van Huong as Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Viet Nam People’s Army.

Lieutenant General Le Van Huong, Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Viet Nam People’s Army
Le was promoted to the new role from his previous position as the Director of the Military Personnel Department under the General Staff.
The current Chief of the General Staff is General Nguyen Tan Cuong, who is also the Deputy Minister of National Defense./.
