Nearly 80% of enterprises satisfy with tax administration reform

VGP – About 78% of respondents said that they satisfy with the tax administration reform, up 3% against 2016, according to the Viet Nam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI).

The VCCI and the General Department of Taxation under the Ministry of Finance announced a survey at a seminar on “Assessment of tax administration procedures – Business satisfaction level in 2019” on November 18.

The survey collected comments from 1,727 enterprises nationwide, targeting to measure the satisfaction level of tax payers with tax agencies. 

Head of the survey group, Dau Anh Tuan said that the tax administration reform carried out by the Financial Ministry and the General Department of Taxation has brought back practical benefits for enterprises. 

In 2019, the business satisfaction level was 7.79 points. Up to 78% of enterprises were satisfied with the administrative reform, up 3% against 2016./.
