Pubic administration reform is currently among the Government’s top priority areas in a bid to improve the State agencies’ capacity and diminish time for administrative transactions.

According to Deputy Minister of Home Affairs Tran Anh Tuan, major tasks for public administration reform include continued deployment of one-stop-shop at local level, review and consolidation of functions and structural organizations of State agencies from central to local levels.

The country will continue to streamline administrative procedures, particularly those relevant to land, business registration, construction areas, he said.

Improvement of regulations on management of cadres and public servants, job description, personnel structure, responsibilities of cadres and public servants, and development of personal work data will also be accelerated.
