Prime Minister Han spoke highly of the Viet Nam-South Korea comprehensive strategic partnership, expressing his hope that the relations will be further strengthened in the time ahead.
He proposed the Vietnamese Ministry of Public Security facilitate business and investment activities of Korean citizens in Viet Nam.
Minister To underscored that Viet Nam always considers South Korea as a top crucial partner in all fields, particularly economy, politics, diplomacy, security and defense.
Defense cooperation is a pillar in the bilateral ties, he stressed, adding that Viet Nam commits to advocating a Korean Peninsula of peace, stability, cooperation, development and denuclearization.
To expected that South Korea would continue to assist Viet Nam in improving its law enforcement capacity as well as ensuring national security and social order and safety.
The same day, Minister To Lam met with Commissioner General of the Korean National Police Agency Yoon Hee-keun, and Commissioner General of the Korea Coast Guard Kim Jong-uk to discuss ways to boost cooperation in crime prevention and control./.
