Leaders pay tribute to President Ho Chi Minh on National Reunification Day occasion

VGP - A delegation of the leaders of the Party, State and Viet Nam Fatherland Front (VFF) laid a wreath of flowers in tribute to President Ho Chi Minh at his mausoleum in Ha Noi on April 28 on the occasion of the 48th anniversary of Southern Liberation and National Reunification Day (April 30, 1975).

DIgnitaries joining the delegation include President Vo Van Thuong, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and President of the VFF Central Committee Do Van Chien. 

Former Party General Secretary Nong Duc Manh, former President Nguyen Xuan Phuc, former National Assembly Chairman Nguyen Van An among others were also present at the event.

They paid respect to the President, a genius leader and a national hero who devoted his entire life to the Vietnamese country and people, led the Communist Party of Viet Nam and the Vietnamese people to glorious victories.

The delegation then offered incense at the Martyrs' Monument in Bac Son street.
