Leaders congratulate Rwanda, Burundi on National Day
VGP – Party General Secretary and State President Nguyen Phu Trong on Sunday extended congratulations to Rwanda’s President Paul Kagame on the occasion of the 57th National Day of the Republic of Rwanda.

The same day, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh also cabled a congratulatory message to Rwanda’s Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Richard Sezibera.
Party General Secretary and State President Nguyen Phu Trong also congratulated Burundi’s President Pierre Nkurunziza on the 57th National Day of the Republic of Burundi (July 1, 1962-July 1, 2019)
Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh also sent a message of congratulations to Burundi’s Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Ezechiel Nibigira.
