InterContinental Dan Nang on top of Asia-Pacific
VGP - Business Traveller magazine has granted the award "Best Resort Hotel in Asia-Pacific" to InterContinental Da Nang Sun Peninsula Resort at the Conrad Hotel, Hong Kong.
To receive the award, InterContinental Da Nang Sun Peninsula Resort has surpassed numerous and appallingly tough competition from regional luxury resorts in the Asia-Pacific region, such as Alila Seminyak Bali in Indonesia and Four Seasons Samui on Koh Samui Island in Thailand.
With this win, InterContinental Da Nang Sun Peninsula Resort is now the Vietnamese resort with the most international and esteemed awards.
In addition, it is the only resort in the world to have been given the award of "World leading luxury resort" by World Travel Awards for two consecutive years -- 2014 and 2015.
Its exquisite Harnn Heritage Spa is the proud holder of the 2016 World Spa Award. Its restaurant Lamaison 1888 was voted by CNN as one of the ten most beautiful restaurants in the world.
The Business Traveller Asia-Pacific Awards are the most prestigious in the travel industry for the past 25 years. The award is given by the 40-year-old widely-read travel magazine Business Traveller.
